The LASIFE (LAngue des SIgnes FrançaisE) project is an contribution attempt to improve accessibility to classic digital tools for people with oral communication difficulties.
This project is mainly aimed at communities seeking to communicate via LSF (French Sign Language) with people who do not master it and who do not necessarily want to learn it.
The LASIFE project was born from a simple observation: beyond « dictionary » mobile applications and paid online services (SaaS), there seem to be very few free and « out-of-the-box » multiplatform (Android and iOS) alternatives.
This logbook aims to share with these communities the development progress of such an application.
